Through this semester I have gotten the chance to teach lessons to an AP/Photo III class.
The first lesson taught was a lesson on Ansel Adams’ Zone System which helps students create proper exposures. After some notes the students were able to put this into action outside.
The second lesson taught was a lesson on Darkroom Manipulations. Students were taught many ways of manipulating an image in the darkroom and then broke into groups where they could explore one manipulation in depth and then share their findings with the class.
All handouts, power points, and the lesson plan itself are attached.
